The Very Official Instructions For Your Time With Edward Spoon

Dear Friends,
As a host for Edward Spoon's traveling adventures there are certain guidelines and rules that you must follow with care so that Edward has a grand time on his journey.

Rules and Regulations:

1. Upon receiving Edward you will have exactly 28 days (or less if you choose) to spend with him. If you choose to send him off earlier, the next host will have your left over time in addition to their 28 days of joy. Take him out for some fun. He likes to go sight seeing, eat out, enjoy nature, go to classes and learn, etc. DO NOT KEEP HIM ON YOUR SHELF TO COLLECT DUST! He would never do that to you!

2. You must write 3 blog entries and include a minimum of 8, maximum 10 pictures of Edward enjoying his stay with you. 5 of these pictures must be of him out and about and the rest can be in the privacy of your residence. Keep these appropriate please, Edward is a clean spirit!

3.You must write at least 1 journal entry from Edward Spoons point of view. He cannot write himself because he is a spoon. (duh.) If you ask him politely, I'm sure he would be more then happy to share his thoughts with you! Please decorate your journal entries! Don't be a party pooper; have fun with it! Colored pencils, crayons, and stickers, are always fun. Using markers IS NOT suggested because they will bleed through and make his journal un-lovely.

4.During your assigned month with Edward, you may decide to let him travel with/ to a friend or family for some fun. This must be within your given time period and it is important that Edward is still sent off to the next host once your time is up. If Edward is handed off to an aquaintance of yours during your given time period, they must contribute to your journal and blog entries as well as submitted photos.

5. Do not use Edward as a spoon. He is more than that. If you do, it will hurt his feelings. Please keep him clean. Do not put him in a dishwasher, as you would never put any of your other friends in the dishwasher. Please do handwash him before sending him off to his next host. He enjoys a nice bubble bath (with scented candles..but not necessary). If Edward catches your germs and gets sick, he may pass them on to the next host and that would not be fun at all.
